Internal management of the projects team will involve close coordination between the project consultant and partner and the team members with regularly internal progress reviews of production information led by the project partner. These meetings will include a review against the overall project delivery with all members of the project team having an input to the process. Where appropriate additional resources would be allocated to the project should these be required.
